A 19th century bastide in need of renovation and its grounds of 2,600 m², set in a green valley 30 minutes from Toulon. The property is located close to the village of Belgentier, set back from the trunk road that runs down into the Gapeau valley. An automatic gate provides direct access to the parking area for four to five cars, which is set apart from the main house.
