The garden features a 12 x 6 swimming pool with a shutter (heated from May to September inclusive), a pool house with a summer kitchen, and wide terraces in the shade of centennial plane trees. A spacious entry leads to a living/reception room with a TV and a study area, a cosy sitting room/library, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. All open onto a shady south-facing terrace. Upstairs are four south-facing air-conditioned suites and a bedroom. One suite with a bathroom is accessed from the main living room, the other three and the bedroom are accessed from the entry.
