Next to it and facing in the same direction, overlooking the building’s totally quiet, verdant garden, is a bedroom, generously extended by a well-designed dressing room, with its numerous cupboards, and a shower room, fitted with a large, walk-in shower and a toilet. The bedroom floor is laid with parquet flooring, whilst the other rooms are tiled.
This flat has always been well looked after and is in an excellent state of repair. New owners might, at one point, wish to modernise the decoration. A cellar and an underground car parking space complete this property.
