All the houses, apart from two, are built of exposed stone.The “cochonnier”This little house, standing apart from the others, is next to the vines. It spans a floor surface area of approx. 55 m², in addition to a large veranda. It comprises a kitchen with an eating area, a lounge with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor, a bathroom and a toilet.The farmhouseSpanning approx. 140 m², it comprises an independent studio flat with a shower room and toilet on the ground floor; a lounge with an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet upstairs.The traditional Mas houseThis traditional Mas house, spanning approx. 250 m² with large rooms and high ceilings, was the estate’s original home. This extremely luminous building still has its old features such as red terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams and the stairway. The ground floor comprises a kitchen with a storeroom, a lounge-dining room, two cellars and a toilet under the stairs. On the first floor are a bedroom with a shower room and toilet, a large bedroom with a bathroom and toilet as well as a laundry room. Accessed via a stairway, it includes an entrance hall, a large living room, a kitchen, a study, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.The outbuildingsThese are set out around a 425 m² inner courtyard, between the road and the main buildings. They include a 90 m² farm shed, another spanning a floor surface area of 85 m² with a mezzanine covering a quarter of the surface area, and annex buildings (a forge, a dovecote), spanning a total floor surface area of 70 m².
