A 19th-century rural equestrian property with outbuildings and over seven hectares of grounds, nestled 30 minutes from the city of Angers. From a country lane, an entrance with vegetation leads onto a driveway that runs through the grounds, which are surrounded by woods. This driveway takes you up to the main house. It has a ground floor and a first floor in the roof space. On the west side, there is a barn with a loft at the top. A former kennel is set back on the south side. The grounds are made up of over three hectares of meadows and just as many woods. In total, the whole plot covers more than seven hectares.
