Situated in the western end of the Chamonix Valley, built by Piedmontese mountaineers between 1775 and 1777, the property was originally an alpine farm, and remained so for the 200 years since its construction, before to become an auberge in the 1940s. Today, the farm is reputed to be one of the most beautiful properties in the region. The main chalet has three double bedrooms and a rooftop dormitory in the old hayloft, which can accommodate up to nine people (four double beds and one single bed). All rooms have a private bathroom. In addition to your private quarters, you can settle in the Winter Garden, in the lounge or in the living room/cinema. The large open kitchen with its large table with stunning mountain views is use for daily meals, the warm dining room with wood-paneled walls is often reserved for big occasions. The ground floor is equipped with a Sonos sound system to select the listening areas. Attached to the main chalet you will find an independent studio of around 50m2 with its own bedroom, entrance door, bathroom and kitchenette. A guest chalet, around 175m2, is located at the entrance of the property offering at the garden level, a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge open onto a wooded terrace.
