Perched on a hill, on the edge of the town of Caux. This place is one of the oldest jewels on PEZENAS. Owned by the same family since 1862. The area is also a reserve of hunting where you can cross small and big game such as rabbits, partridges, deer, wild boar). Its location, its history and its exceptional park make it a unique place. Located 30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches from the Mediterranean, 5 minutes from PEZENAS 'Ville de Molière', 45 minutes from Montpellier airport and 15 minutes from the motorways (A9, A75). Significant renovation work is to be expected in order to restore this place to its letters of nobility.
