Castle of the 18th century in Auvergne
Located 5 minutes from the highway A75 (Paris-Montpellier) and 20 minutes from the airport Clermont-Aulnat.
The first building of the castle occurred in the 17h century and has been changed in the 18th ; erected in a pure classic style on a horseshoe-shapped plan.
The first floor offers 900 square meters of living space, and 800 share meters on the first floor (the two side galleries are not recorded in those surfaces).
The livable potential can offer more than 2000 square meters.
At the moment, 12 rooms are totally operational. A lot of additional rooms can be created in the two side galleries of 385 square meters each and 5,60 meters of ceiling height.
At the top of the main staircase, on the first floor, the big gallery offers 175 square meters and have a ceiling height of 5,60 meters.
The entire castle is in perfect condition, maintained and renovated carefully. The roof, the structure and the house front are in perfect condition too.
Around the castle, the grounds are wooded with alleys of plantains, poplars, oaks and other tree species and woods perfectly maintained for a total surface of 10 acres.
A second parcel of grassland belongs to the castle, at the north of the ground, for a surface of 36 acres.
