The lounge, on one side of the entrance hall, looks out over the swimming pool, with the Mediterranean Sea in the distance, through wide French windows. It communicates with the dining room which is also steeped in light via a sliding French window. Enhanced via a large, open-hearth fireplace, this room provides access to the covered outdoor eating area. Two windows on the west gable and a large window overlooking the patio also let in light. It is followed by the fully fitted kitchen with its bar, two windows and a French window opening on to the garden and its summer kitchen. The master bedroom, taking up the rear section of the ground floor, is naturally illuminated via a French window opening on to the garden and the summer kitchen. A large, adjoining bathroom, a laundry room and a storage room complete this section of the house. A corridor bordering the fourth side of the patio communicates with the entrance hall. It leads to a bedroom, which opens on to the garden on the rear facade via a French window. The corridor then leads to a shower room with a toilet and an area used as a boiler room.
