House Septemes-les-vallons (13)
Located on the outskirts of the village of Septèmes-Les-Vallons, this 104 m² house, the work of architect Stéphan Brofiga, was built in 2013, on a 150 m² plot. Its facade is treated like a sculpture and features two large sections of different colors and materials, red fundermax, and black mineral eternit, for an architectural rendering of a very particular singularity. Entirely made of wood, this project meets BBC standards, and is therefore exemplary in terms of energy consumption. The entrance is from the garden, to the living rooms on the same level. Two bedrooms with their side openings, facing south, share a bathroom on the first level. The second floor is dedicated to the bedroom treated en suite, augmented by a roof terrace, the structure of which could accommodate a water point. Close to shops, bus lines, and twenty minutes from Aix en Provence and the center of Marseille. Contact: Hadrien 06.69.76.19.75.
