A 1968 house with refined lines, its offices and its mineral garden enjoying absolute calm in the 12th arrondissement of Marseille. The house was built in 1968 on a walled plot of land and offers a floor area of more than 260 m². Two entrance gates provide access: one to the north and the other to the south.
