Ground floor
The street door opens into a vestibule, with mosaic flooring and the main stairway. The ground floor is completed with a toilet and a door leading to the cellar.
First floor
The main stairway landing is illuminated via an atrium. A main bedroom, with herringbone and strip pattern parquet flooring, is completed with a study and a bathroom. Several rectangular windows look out over the garden. This bedroom, with its own private, flower-filled terrace, can be independently accessed via a flight of steps concealed behind the panelling. The landing also provides access to a large bedroom, with parquet flooring, numerous cupboards and a view of the garden, as well as to a third large bedroom, with panelling, a marble fireplace, a French window opening on to a balcony and a shower room. This level is completed with a toilet and cupboards.
Second floor
Another oak wood stairway goes up from the first-floor landing to the second floor. With parquet flooring throughout, this level comprises two large bedrooms, one overlooking the street and the other the garden, as well as a shower room, illuminated via the bull’s eye window. A walkway above the atrium leads to an attic, with terracotta floor tiles, which could be converted.
Basement
Spanning a floor surface area of approx. 50 m², this level comprises two rooms: a boiler room, with a storage area, and a vast vaulted cellar, still housing an old well.
Garden
The outside area around this house is immaculately kept. It is partially paved and the flower beds are numerous. The wicket gate opening off the street is topped with an impressive wisteria. Space has been meticulously thought-out and optimised. Nooks and crannies have been laid out so as to take advantage of the shade or the sunshine.
