The chimney stacks are made of brick.

This level spans approx. 157 m². A vast entrance hall provides access to both sides of the residence. It houses a study and an oak wood turning stairway. On the right-hand side are three rooms, two of which intercommunicate: a lounge, with a brick fireplace and exposed ceiling beams, a library and a music room. On the left-hand side are a dining room and a corridor which leads to a pantry and a fitted kitchen as well as to a vestibule, housing the back stairway. The floors are covered with parquet flooring, ceramic tiles or tiling.
First floor
The mezzanine comprises a toilet with a wash-hand basin. Spanning a floor surface area of approx. 140 m², the landing room houses large cupboards. Two corridors provide access to all the rooms. On one side are four bedrooms, with wash-hand basins, a shower room with a toilet as well as the back stairway. On the other side are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower room with a toilet. Most of the floors are covered with strip pattern parquet flooring.
