Lucas Fox presents this traditional style country house located in a beautiful location less than a kilometer from a small municipality at the foot of the Les Gavarres natural park and just 10 minutes from Girona city. The house was built in 1990 and is located in an elevated area that offers pleasant views within a private land of 1.69 hectares, composed mostly of oak and pine forest, completely fenced and with three independent entrances from the public road. The property is distributed over two comfortable floors, with large spaces consisting of a living-dining room with a large window that illuminates the entire interior space and offers incredible views of the entire natural park and the mountains of Les Gavarres. In addition, it has a kitchen with a dining area, a games room and four double bedrooms. In the attic, there is the main bedroom with more than 30 m² and two bathrooms.
