The main materials used - wood, metal and cement - were combined with finishes in warm tones to make the house as welcoming as possible and to give it a more contemporary feel. A path leads to the discreet entrance of the residence, which features a discreet metal doorway topped by two wall-mounted lamps. Through the main door of the house, a large glass opening reveals the full extent of the landscaped garden and the swimming pool.
