A historic provincial town house 112 km from Paris, dating back to the early 19th century, set in 800 m² of grounds dotted with medieval remains. A vast terrace inlaid with outdoor lighting adjoins the main facade. At the entrance, on the left, there are two outbuildings for storing vehicles and tools. On the right, in the middle of the garden, there is a medieval ruin, a vestige of the village's historic past. Finally, a terracotta-tiled terrace at the front of the house is ideal for enjoying meals on sunny days, away from prying eyes.
