Location: 10 minutes from Lézignan-Les-Corbières aerodrome and from the Narbonne-Carcassonne-Toulouse motorway exit. 40 minutes from Carcassonne international airport, 80 minutes from Toulouse airport.The property is suitable for the development of agri-wine tourism activities after transformation / reconstruction of the existing building and the potential development of huts, yurts, etc. in the vineyards, the garrigue and the lakeside, or even a place for spiritual retreats.
The total surface is approximately 437 hectares distributed as follows: 55 ha of vines (51ha in AOP and 4 ha in IGP) 35 ha of cultivable fields (vines or cereals) 2 ha of lake, 345 ha of moors, woods, scrubland ...
The main house of around 1000 m2 in stone, completely renovated, large and finished with underfloor heating, new bathrooms, etc. Composed of 9 large rooms and suites, 4 living rooms, kitchen and dining room, reception and office. A 3000 m2 wooded park hosts a chapel, a stone amphitheater, an ornamental pond, a bread oven, an old orange grove and shaded alleys. Ideal for receptions, it could be used as a reception hall. The property is located on the southern flank of Mont Alaric in a natural environment. The lowest point is at an altitude of 80 m and the highest at 620 m.  The environment is reminiscent of Tuscany. The 55 ha of vines are mainly concentrated around the property, immersed in the 437 ha of nature.
In the foothills of the mountain, they take advantage of the benefits of the 2-hectare lake (capacity to irrigate 40,000 m3). Exposure, altitude and natural mist are the origins of this micro-terroir.  In an agro-forestry environment with 100 varieties of fruit trees, 700 olive trees and 200 almond trees, the vines are cultivated according to the principles of biodynamics (Demeter certified culture). Its range of 5 Languedoc and Corbières AOC wines will welcome 2 new references in 2019, on grape varieties. The estate has 13 varieties of grape varieties and produces red, white and rosé wines.
