The exclusive Heaven Beach urbanisation is located perfectly between the beautiful town of Estepona and the excitement of Puerto Banús. The frontline community enjoys uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea and direct access to the beach in front. Through the front door of the apartment, guests will find the guest bedroom to the right, the corridor leading to the cloakroom and master bedroom on the left, and the kitchen and living room straight ahead. The property enjoys central heating/cooling in all rooms, underfloor heating, WiFi, and secure parking.
The guest bedroom is made up of 2 twin beds, has views to the north, and has access to a TV and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Down the corridor and first on the left is the cloakroom (bathroom). Next is the master bedroom, which also has a private ensuite bathroom (has both a bath and separate walk-in shower). The master bedroom is made up of a queen sized bed, has access to a TV on the wall and direct access onto the terrace outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you would expect in a luxury property (microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc..). The fittings are all modern and kept to a high standard. Across from the kitchen is the dining area with seating for 6, and next to that is the comfortable living room furnished with 2 leather sofas and large smart TV. From here there is access out onto the spacious terrace, which has a lounge area, al-fresco dining table and chairs, and 2 sun loungers. The terrace is south facing, enjoys plenty of Sun throughout the day, and has beautiful views over the communal swimming pool and across the sea.
The gated urbanisation offers its guests manicured gardens, a pristine swimming pool, a large and well equipped gym and sauna, all while being a few metres from the beach and sea!
