Exceptionally located on the slope and 200 meters above the Village Church and the town hall square, the chalet de la Source welcomes you to Saint Martin de Belleville, known to be the most authentic of the villages of the 3Vallées.
You will discover the perfect ingredients for an unforgettable stay with family or friends.
This 225 m² chalet allows you to leave and return on skis (the slope is less than 10m from the chalet door) while ensuring you enjoy village life, its shops, its restaurants and its entertainment after skiing. The nearest ski rental shop is located 50 meters from the chalet while you will be in the immediate vicinity of the start of the nearest ski schools and ski lifts (to which you will ski down a gentle slope).
Offering very large terraces facing south and west, this chalet, which overlooks the old village bell tower, is built on four levels which all offer exceptional views of the valley and the slopes, overlooking a small adjoining stream which adds still has the charm of a particularly careful construction, made of hand-assembled stones from the valley, old wood and traditional slates.
Recently built with the best interior and exterior materials to promote the comfort of its occupants and respect traditional construction codes, the decoration immerses you in a warm, airy, comfortable and neat atmosphere.
The top floor of the chalet is a huge living room, surrounded by large bay windows which adjoin two large terraces.
A large kitchen, the dining room, a bar and the living room face the most beautiful views of the valley, the village and the slopes. The height of the ceilings and the traditional framework are spectacular. You can enjoy a quality audio system to listen to your favorite music while drinking a good glass of wine by the fire while contemplating the exceptional views of the village, the valley and the surrounding mountain.
The two lower levels are dedicated to sleeping: There are 4 master bedrooms, each with a 180x200 master bed (adaptable if necessary into two 90x200 beds), a bathroom with shower or bathtub, as well as as an ultra spacious dormitory for 4 people (with adjoining bathroom).
All rooms have a balcony with a clear view and can therefore accommodate up to 12 people.
To complete the experience of a well-deserved après-ski, an outdoor Nordic bath, nestled on a private landscaped wooden terrace, is accessible from the two bedrooms on the first floor.
A specially designed laundry area will allow you to take care of the occupants' belongings throughout your stay without disturbing the rest of the chalet's common areas.
A modern home cinema completes the first floor.
On the ground floor, the lobby gives you access to storage spaces and the main staircase. You can also directly access the car park (2 spaces are available) and a fully equipped ski room in which you can store your skis and dry your clothes and shoes (shoe dryers, glove dryers, etc. are available).
For groups of families or friends, Chalet de la Source 3 can be rented in combination with Chalets de la Source 1 and 2, which can accommodate 10 and 14 additional people respectively.
