This luxurious villa located in the private estate of Château Mader can accommodate up to 12 people. It offers a breathtaking view of the Bassin d'Arcachon from its wooden terrace on the upper floor. The villa is spread over two levels with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
The upper floor features a spacious living area with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, TV, and two sofas, a work area with fiber optic internet, and a double dining room with two large rectangular tables. There is also a master suite with a 180cm bed, en-suite bathroom, toilet, and dressing room, as well as two other bedrooms with 160cm beds, each with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
On the garden level, there are two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds (90cm) and the other with bunk beds, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a storage room with a freezer.
Outside, the villa features a large private parking area for up to 6 cars, a secure swimming pool with an alarm system, a terrace with garden furniture by the pool, a summer kitchen with a plancha, refrigerator, and counter by the pool, a petanque court, and a spacious terrace with a dining area overlooking the Bassin d'Arcachon.
Pets are allowed upon request in this villa. The cost of the final cleaning and linen is €340, and an intermediate cleaning is mandatory for stays of more than 7 nights. Travelers have access to the entire house for their stay.
