An old residence with traditional architecture, this family villa stands in the heart of a large garden, on the front line with direct access to the beach. It can accommodate up to 14 people. Several terraces, a patio terrace, a terrace with sea view and one on the beach complete the ensemble as well as a small guest villa at the entrance to the property.
The main villa on the interior side has six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
On the garden level,
- A very large living room overlooking the Arcachon Bay and the patio with dining room and lounge.
- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen.
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- A first bedroom with sea view equipped with two 90 cm beds pushed together and an open bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- A second bedroom equipped with a 90cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds and a bathroom with WC.
- A third bedroom with sea view equipped with two 90 cm beds pushed together and a bathroom with WC.
- A fourth bedroom with patio view, equipped with two 90 cm beds pushed together and a bathroom with WC.
- A separate toilet with hand basin.
First floor,
- A television lounge.
- A master suite with two 90 cm beds pushed together, a lounge area and an office area, a dressing room and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- A bedroom equipped with a 140 bed.

The guest house interior side,
- A living room with open kitchen, dining room and living room equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed.
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed.
- A bathroom with WC.
On the exterior side,
- A magnificent garden and an exceptional view of the Arcachon Bay.
- A patio with dining table and ping-pong table.
- A terrace on the ground floor
- A terrace on the first floor accessible via the two bedrooms which have a sea view.
