LAKE COMO The villa overlooks the lake in a setting which is enhanced by a wonderful 10,000 sq. meter park, a characteristic oval swimming pool, a jetty with one covered and one uncovered boat space and a spacious panoramic terrace furnished with outdoor lounges and dining tables. The residence, which is still lived in, is completely furnished with period pieces as well as items of modern design, the result of the good taste of the current owners. The villa has WI-FI internet connection, air conditioning in the bedrooms. Numerous services are included in the price: daily cleaning of the bedrooms, daily preparation of continental breakfast and of one meal -either lunch or supper; the cost of the food and beverages should be paid separately. The kitchen, service area and laundry are for the exclusive use of the villa staff. It is possible to request the preparation of a third meal at an extra cost per person.

Overlooking Lake Como and occupying the site of a former medieval watchtower, Villa Golden commands one of the finest views in Europe. The liberty style villa, built in 1909, has been fully restored to exceptional standards, offering 1,231 sqm of living space. This includes: 8 double bedrooms (6 ensuite); drawing room; living room; dining room; kitchen; study; media room, bar; 2 roof terraces, yoga/wellness room; pool house and entertainment area. At 881 metres above the lake and with no immediate neighbours, the villa is an oasis of calm. Yet the pretty perched mountain village of Pigra is only 300 metres away and the popular lakeside village of Argegno can be reached within 4 minutes from the cable car station located 500 metres from the villa gates. Pigra has a couple of restaurants and is a perfect base for hiking and mountain biking. Argegno provides a wide range of restaurants, our own private boat mooring and a scheduled river taxi service, ideal for exploring all that Lake Como has to offer. The views from south facing Villa Golden are truly stunning - a combination of wide blue lake and green mountain vistas, rounded off with glorious golden sunsets. These can be enjoyed from the balconies off every bedroom, the villa's main surround terrace and the extraordinary pool house with its green roof and infinity pool. Also making the most of this aspect are an exceptional yoga/wellness room that has been carved out of the cliff face and the roof top terraces, bar and entertainment area. The villa sits in lush gardens of 4.5 acres offering the peace and tranquillity that is so difficult to find on Lake Como. Villa Golden is located just 75 minutes drive from Milan Malpensa International Airport and 60 minutes from Lugano International Airport.

Built around 1910 as a country house, Villa Flora was fully restructured in 2021/ 2022 to offer guests a modern, minimalistic setting with stunning views over the lake. The breathtaking lake view extends from Laglio to Argegno in the north and Torno in the south. It is really unique in this area. In the summer months you can enjoy the sun from the morning to the evening on one of the three terraces or just sit in the glass cube opening all windows and enjoy the light summer breeze 300m over the lake. The house offers outdoor showers and the lake can be reached in 25min by foot and 40min return. Villa Flora has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished in modern Nordic design. The house offers a working studio fully equipped with monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer and of course fast satellite internet and a selection of art books to read in or a beamer to watch films with. If you go to the newly built area on the ground level you will find a super modern, glass featured living area with an old cellar being transformed into a, minimalism designed state of the art kitchen which is equipped with everything you need for a tasteful meal. To make you feel home, there is even an equipped bar and some basic food stocks available, which should be replaced when used. The beautiful estate features a wild garden with fruit trees and herbs, which can be used by the guests. The house is situated in a natural area. A unique place to enjoy with your family and friends, enjoy the breath taking views, use one of the outside showers or have a barbecue on one of the terraces. Do not miss to have a walk to lovely, picturesque Molina and eat in one of the three local restaurants. From Molina you can do hikes or rent eBikes in one of the villages. Como is just a 15min drive, Bellagio 40min, Malpensa and Milano around 60min. Please note: The last 50m to the house are quite steep and the house has many stairs. It is therefore not suitable for people with walking problems!
