Waterfalls is a stunning 16th century villa set on eighteen waterfront acres on the legendary Lake Como.
The private estate features 10 bedrooms (sleeps 19), a private boat dock, helicopter landing pad, spa, vast gardens and other splendid services.
The ceaseless sound of water, the quietness of the woods, the breath-taking views, the echoes of history… all of this turns a stay at Waterfalls into a unique and incomparable experience. Located in an inlet of Lake Como, the villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and spectacular lake views.
The estate offers 10-17 luxurious bedrooms, which are divided among four large apartments in the main villa and two separate villas accommodating a maximum of 33 guests. Each suite features satellite TV, internet connection, air conditioning and safe, moreover, every suite is equipped with private kitchen and laundry. The Villa can be rented as a 10 bedroom unit or as an 17 bedroom unit, as there are two additional standalone villas within the estate.
