Villa Ortensia sits upon the hills of Camaiore, just nine kilometres from the beach and 30 kilometres from Lucca, the famous walled city. In Camaiore, guests will find local markets, shops and restaurants; while in Versilia, an area famous for its beach resorts and buzzing nightlife, guests can enjoy the restaurants, cafés, and discotheques that line the Promenade. Guests can also enjoy world-class shopping in Forte dei Marmi. The advantage of this rural villa is the absolute privacy it offers within a stunning hilly landscape, but also its convenient location. For guests wishing to relax in privacy, the villa offers a gorgeous, heated, 15-metre, salt water pool, surrounded by trees and an unobstructed view onto the hills.
The house is colourful with lime washed walls throughout and a turquoise frescoed sitting room furnished with charming antiques creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Original features such as the wood beams and the original terracotta floors have been retained.
