The property is surrounded by cultivated fields and a large garden. Following a countryside private path, guests can reach the beautiful and uncontaminated stretch of beach with sun-loungers and gazebos. The estate consists of a main building with two additional outbuildings. Many significant sights in Tuscany such as 'Il Giardino dei Tarocchi', 'Capalbio', the promontory of 'Argentario', the 'Terme di Saturnia' and the islands of 'Giglio' and 'Giannutri' are all located nearby the property.
The main house is developed on three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom, a study, a service room and a laundry; then on the first floor there are four bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
