Villa on the beach of Ile aux Moines - Gulf of Morbihan - Southern Brittany. Only 15 minutes from Vannes TGV station, and after 5 minutes at sea, you will set foot on a paradise island. Our family house, built by our great-grandmother, and very carefully renovated by each generation, enjoys a unique location and view. It is located in the middle of the large beach of Ile-aux-Moines, which happens to be the only beach on the island, swimmable throughout the day. The large terrace, which overlooks the sea, offers a 180° view of the Gulf of Morbihan and its small islands. All day beautiful sailboats will come and pass before your eyes. All you have to do is push the gate to access the beach. Two sailing clubs at the foot of the house offer courses from 5 years old as well as rental of catamarans, boards, kayaks or zodiacs. The house has a large and beautiful landscaped garden of approximately 1000m2 completely fenced, and planted with century-old pines and fruit trees. The living room opens onto the large terrace which offers a view you never tire of. The living room has an insert fireplace. The large dining kitchen, under the veranda, has been completely redone and overlooks the shaded garden. On the ground floor, a sea view bedroom, a toilet and shower room allows 2 people not to take the stairs, 2 beds in 90. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower, including 2 bedrooms with sea view and one bedroom with garden view, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. On the 2nd floor, a large master suite with views from 3 sides, 160 cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the English-style basement, with real windows, we have fitted out a large room that can be used as a playroom and/or a dormitory for 4 people. A large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet adjoins the playroom. If you want to spend a holiday even better than at the club, you can take advantage of the services of our housekeeper who is a real pearl, and even have all your meals delivered by our cook who is a real cordon bleu. We provide our tenants with a boat mooring just in front of the house, and two parking spaces near the pier. You will find on the island all the shops and services to enable you to live in autarky and fully recharge your batteries. If you do not want to completely disconnect, you will appreciate the wifi connection with very high speed. Hiring only at the week (minimum): from 3000 to 4000 € / week according to the periods + 250€ of cleaning, sheets, towels and beds made on your arrival. Villa M is an architect-designed 4**** house, right on the water. The villa overlooks the exit of the Vannes marina, and the very beginning of the Gulf of Morbihan. Its garden on the water, equipped with a jacuzzi for 6 people, is a shaded and invisible green setting, from where you can watch beautiful sailboats passing by all day long. Villa M was carefully renovated in 2022 and 2023 with the help of a decorator and a landscaper. Weekly rental: from 3000 to 4000 € / week depending on the period + 250€ cleaning, sheets, towels and beds made on your arrival. Weekend possible, only out of season and for certain periods, from €2000 + 250€. Its location is unique and allows you to completely forget your car during your holidays: via the coastal path below the garden, you can on one side reach the historic center and the market which are 800m away, and on the other side , also 800m away you will arrive at the pier for the islands, where water buses can take you every day to a different island in the gulf: Arz, Ile aux Moines, Ilur, Irus, Houat, Hoedic... 200m via the footbridge, so on the other side of the water a well-stocked supermarket will be useful to you. The closest beaches are: Larmor Gwened beach, 200m away, swimmable at high tide, Conleau beach with its seawater swimming pool, and otherwise the national sport is to explore a small island every day different, discovering small coves. The water buses take you there but you can also rent a boat at the foot of the house or go on an adventure by kayak. The kayak club is 50m from the house. The house is furnished as follows: On the ground floor, a large living-dining room, a separate kitchen, an office, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, with bathroom, and separate WC; Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, 2 with 160 cm beds and 2 with 2 90 cm beds each, a bathroom and a shower room, plus a separate toilet; At the English-style basement level (therefore equipped with a window), a large games room offers the possibility of 2 additional beds with 2 90 cm beds. In the courtyard, you can park a car, and in a nearby cul-de-sac you can also park for free. The house is adjoined by a sailboat wintering center, which does not produce any nuisance. On the opposite bank and on the other side of the Rabine gardens, a small building is nearing the end of construction.
