This old farmhouse from the 19th century, restored in the typical Menorcan style, is located 1,25 miles from Cala Galdana in a park of 108 hectares, in one of the most protected areas of the island.
The property consists of a two-story house of 330 sqm, facing South, with 6 rooms for 12 people.
A lovely private chapel is attached to the house.
In the natural park that surrounds the house, dry stone walls have been restored and ancestral paths have been cleared to discover the property. Through these paths you can reach the beach of Cala Mitjana in 20 minutes on foot or in 10 minutes by bicycle.
Hundreds of olive trees, shrubs and colorful plants invite you to take a walk. You can also relax by the pool or in the shade of the pergolas.
During your stay in Santa Ponça, you will discover an emblematic place of the Minorcan agrotourism that respects the heritage and the nature, in an eco-responsible way. Santa Ponsa obtained the Ecologic label in April 2021.
Breakfast and 4 hours of cleaning per day (2 housekeepers for 2 hours) included.
