The Casa di Monti, between two seas and a field of ancient olive trees, perfect for holidays in Puglia in Southern Italy. The house is located in carovigno , 20 mn from Brindisi airport. It has been designed by the architect Luca Zanaroli. The entrance to the house is through the central living space. A large bay window opens onto the terraces with a view of the sea and ancient olive trees. The fully equipped kitchen has Corten steel panelling, tinted cement worktops, built-in olive wood chopping boards, appliances, quality plumbing and access to an outdoor dining area. On both sides of the central space, two large Corten steel sliding doors lead to the 3 bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with a shower, large carved stone basin, quality plumbing and a toilet. Each room opens onto its own terrace area. Two of them are equipped with queen sized beds and the third has a queen sized bed that can be separated into two single beds. Several terrace spaces encircle the varying levels of the house. There are two external showers on the terraces. The outdoor dining area is protected from the sun, it features an outdoor kitchen, a cement worktop equipped with gas hobs, a large barbecue and a sink. A terrace with a panoramic view on the upper floor can be reached by an enclosed staircase. The salted swimming pool is 17 x 3m. There is an external shower on the wooden terrace.
