Security deposit:
Our status of professional real estate agency requires us to proceed with an inventory and a procedure of Security Deposit by pre-authorization credit card, Visa or Master Card. This deposit is not cashed but the pre-authorization is kept until one week after your departure. Its amount is specified on the lease or the Airbnb ad.
