You will access the villa through the living room, consisting of a lounge - dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (with a back kitchen), opening onto the terrace with its wonderful view of the beach and the ocean. In this villa, everything has been designed to enjoy with the family, thanks to its large dining table surrounded by comfortable benches with a view of the ocean, ideal for dining in a friendly atmosphere. On the first floor of the villa: You will find two suites with a 160 bed each with its private shower room, a toilet and balcony access. The parental suite has a 160 bed and a bathroom with bath, Italian shower and a separate toilet. From this suite, you can admire the ocean as soon as you wake up and enjoy the sea air on the balcony. For optimal comfort, each suite is air-conditioned. On the second floor, you will find the dormitory with 3 beds in 9a, arranged in the attic, accessible for certain parts at a height of 1m80 max, the ideal floor to accommodate children. A shower area and a separate toilet complete this floor. Outside, several spaces will allow you to relax facing the ocean: a chill area with armchairs, two large tables with a seating capacity of 10 chairs to take your meals facing the sea and deckchairs around the very beautiful heated swimming pool treated with salt with dimensions of 2.5 X 6M protected by an electric shutter to ensure its safety. A petanque court located behind the swimming pool invites you to share a friendly moment. We love the direct access to the beach via a small gate at the bottom of the property. The little extra in Bidart, not insignificant, you can park up to 5 vehicles within the grounds of the property. Pets are not accepted.
