Located on the hillside, opposite the Domaine du Golf de Sainte-Maxime, this beautiful villa furnished and decorated with quality equipment comprises 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people maximum, and has a jacuzzi. It is located in a very quiet residential area a few minutes from the Nartelle Beach. Access to the city centre is within a few minutes by car without the risk of traffic jams.

- Bedroom 1: Double bed 160x200 with wardrobes and en suite bathroom to share (shower, sink) - Terrace access

*** Pool heating possible only from June to September depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse pool heating at any time before arrival if we feel that the weather conditions do not allow it. Any cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise the service will be due in full. Any last-minute request (less than 7 days before arrival) will result in a 50€ surcharge for the professional’s unexpected trip. Please contact us for further information.

Cancellations during COVID:
Any stay interrupted or shortened by the tenant will not give rise to any refund. However, and exceptionally, we propose measures in line with the current health crisis, namely: full guarantee of refund in the event of an official ban (prefectoral or governmental) to visit the resort. In the event of a ban during the stay, only days not consumed would be reimbursed.
