A prestigious nectar on an island, Porquerolles

Steeped in History, this vineyard estate is located on the porquerolles dream island. “The domain is located in an outstanding site, says Vinea Provence Côte d’Azur.” Erected in 1988, the main building fits into its Provence environment. The ground floor boasts a bar, a laundry room, two bedrooms while three additional bedrooms, a living room, a study and a kitchen are located on the upper floor. Current owner Sébastien le Ber harvests 20 ha of organic grapes by hand. He produces 1,200 hectolitres per year of which 70% is rosé, 15% red and 15% white wine. All wines are AOP Côtes de Provence. The domain also has a large cellar, additional accomodation to host seasonal workers, a vegetable garden and a well. The sale comes with a sales booth in porquerolles village.
