We operate 18 agencies throughout the country. Our properties range from €200,000 to €30 million, while the average castle costs between €800,000 and €1.2 million. We’re opening an agency in Montpellier and are in the process of launching a website in Italian, along the lines of our Chinese and Russian sites. We also collaborate with ten foreign agencies. Besides the traditional attractive spots like Midi- Pyrénées and Poitou-Charentes, 2010 saw an upturn in transactions (with stable prices) in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Picardy, Burgundy or Franche-Comté.
