Interview

Cédric Fourteau and Frédéric Marchand, Ateliers, Lofts & Associés in Bordeaux

Our territory covers all of Aquitaine.

Currently we have, overlooking the Arcachon basin, a late 60s villa by Salier, who studied with Le Corbusier. Most of the lofts are in Bordeaux. While in the 70s, owning a loft was regarded as the exclusive domain of artists, that is no longer the case. There is no typical client for our unique properties. The only thing the buyers all have in common is that they value the art of living. When we assess a loft, it entails much more than adding up square meters – it’s about the space, the ceiling height, sun roofs. Our work also involves extensive coordination with architects and zoning administration.
