Luxury estate is growing because of an ever-expanding pool of buyers from Europe, the US and Russia, as well as Latin America and a few Chinese. Properties usually go from €8mil to 10mil for close to €40,000 per sq m. Our properties are located in Paris, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Courchevel, London, New York or Geneva. Despite the current climate, goods in Paris still sell easily, from €8,000 (down from €9,500 a few years back) to €11,500 per sq m. Barnes is in the process of creating a building department for high-end international clients.
