Prices on high value properties have dropped 10 to 15 % in the last three months. Some owners have begun to cut their prices down, while others are showing patience and maintaining theirs. Still, the Parisian market shows a remarkable resilience. Foreigners are still flocking to Paris, capital of fashion and art-de-vivre. Unlike comparable international cities, its prices are still relatively low. Most of our multimillionaire clients are from the US, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Apartments in perfect condition are the most sought-after, especially in the 16th arrondissement. The Champ-de- Mars, the banks of the Seine, Montmartre, the Guynemer street and the Luxembourg Garden also are the most popular locations.
