Paris XVIe, Arts and style with a view

Paris XVIe

A display of the owner's art collection in the gallery.

Located in Paris’ upmarket 16th district, this luxury flat was designed by American architect Ed Tuttle (The Park Hyatt Vendôme in Paris, Marrakech’s Amanjena...) in collaboration with the owner, an art collector. This classic contemporary 620 sq m apartment occupies all of the upper floor of a splendid Haussmann building. Says Barnes International: “Because Ed Tuttle has only ever built three private apartements, this is an exceptionnal property to be acquired like one buys a master painting.” To showcase the numerous works of art, Tuttle conceived of a gallery, opening on a vast, 90-sq m living room with a balcony that runs the entire length of the building’s façade. Behind it lie a study-library and a studio apartment with a mezzanine floor and a bathroom. Not forgetting a cloakroom, a fullyequipped kitchen, a bedroom, a laundry room, a master bedroom, and a hammam. Completely securised, very quiet and with an open outlook, the flat has an amazing view of the whole city, be it Notre-Dame, Montmartre, the Invalides or the Arc de Triomphe. Included in the sale are three private car park, (two lock-up garages and an open one), a studio and two maid’s rooms. Proposed price: 25 million euros
