House with terrace Toulouse (31)
Exclusively at Sotheby's, this mansion house, approx. 300m2, was built in the 1850s on 1.6HA of parkland. Located 25km from Toulouse airport and a few kilometers from Lévignac, this property is ideally situated for a quiet life while working in the pink city. On the ground floor, a living room and dining room with moldings, fireplace and original parquet flooring open onto the park and its wrought-iron terrace. Three ground-level bedrooms, a bathroom and a 26m2 kitchen, to be created to your taste, complete this level. Upstairs, no fewer than six bedrooms are served by an elegant landing. The attic can be converted if you wish, and the cellar provides ample storage space. The roof was completely redone in 2000 and the heating is by heat pump. However, major renovation work is still required, but the potential and charm are undeniable! The park boasts century-old trees, and the view of the nearby lake invites you to rest and relax. This property would be perfect for many projects, whether family or tourist... Discover it now! Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

House with pool Toulouse (31)
An old water mill surrounded by 2 5 hectares of grounds and meadows close to a large village in the Lauragais region. As you approach the property, both the outdoor spaces and the buildings are hidden from view by a large hedge, formed from a mixture of different tree species. As soon as you cross the property threshold, you are surrounded by greenery, with the stone façade of the main building, a beautiful sheltered terrace and a weeping willow on the perimeter. The old mill is made up of two rectangular spaces with perpendicular axes, each covered by a gable roof of canal tiles. The roof of the space spanning the river is asymmetrical as its ridge is not aligned with the central arch that forms the main axis of the building on the first floor. To the rear of the building, a timber-framed canopy with a canal tile roof extends the building, which has a recessed facade. A few steps away there is an outbuilding housing the horse stables and at its eastern end, a small apartment. The stone walls are rendered white and the roofs are covered with canal tiles. An open gallery with a wooden structure runs along two-thirds of the length of the building's main south-facing facade. At its ends, two low projections extend the building, forming the southern part of the apartment to the east and a shed to the west. A garage with a similar structure and roof to that of the main outbuilding is attached to the west facade. Further on, there is a large shed for tractors and equestrian equipment.

Castle Toulouse (31)
A listed medieval castle on the outskirts of a Lauragais village, surrounded by 12 hectares of woods and meadows. The impressive fortified building is surrounded by pastures and groves of trees, as well as landscaped parklands created at the end of the 19th century. A large driveway separates the estate from a local road, with outbuildings - a shed, workshop and caretaker's lodging - just a few metres away. To the west of the castle, there remain the converted servants quarters and working buildings, as well as a 17th century dovecote built on piers, situated on the southern slope of the plateau. Both stylistically and structurally, the castle, which should be described as a 'feudal fortified mansion', appears to date from the reign of Charles VIII or Louis XII, although it was built in 1539. It consists of an elongated rectangular main building with two parallel sets of rooms, more than 27m long and 18m wide. Each corner of the main building features round towers with an external diameter of around 7.5 m, enough to cover the facades. They have arrowslits on each level, facing the entrance door and the southern curtain wall. The roof of the central section is clad with flat tiles featuring square or rounded ends. Some of the tiles are fixed with nails. The roofs of the two front towers are clad exclusively with rounded tiles. The roof of the south-west tower has retained its sealed monk-and-nun tile ribs, while the south-east tower, whose timberwork and roof were restored in the early 20th century, now features a conical pepperpot roof. The walls, with their regularly dressed calcareous sandstone, have an average thickness of almost 1.5 metres. The castle was listed as a historic monument in 1972, with heritage protection afforded to its facades and its high hip roof, crowning an impressive loft.
