CALA DI SOLE : A house (10 persons, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) on two levels facing the sea, set on a wooded plot, with a swimming pool (secured by a roller shutter). Full of charm, it is comfortable, fully air-conditioned and bright. It is ideal for stays with family, friends and even two families due to its two distinct spaces each equipped with their own kitchen with private entrance connected by the central staircase. The many terraces and balconies will allow you to enjoy quiet moments after sharing with family or friends. The house is equipped with wifi (fibre) with several repeaters in the house.
On the first level, a large open entrance leads to the living room and the separate, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry.
Separated from the entrance by 2 steps, the vast office area facing the sea as well as the spacious living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace.
This living space opens onto a large terrace facing the sea which extends over almost the entire length of the house with a view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the pool.
Accessed by a corridor, the first floor night area consists of 3 bedrooms with storage space and two shower rooms with WC, one of which is private.
The most spacious of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace facing the sea (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) and offers an independent shower room with WC.
A second bedroom with two twin beds (90x200 with the possibility of making a double bed 180x200cm) opens onto a beautiful private terrace.
The third bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) opens onto the terrace facing the sea.
On the lower floor, you will find the second space with its own fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 to 6 people, as well as two bedrooms and a shower room.
The first bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) has a sitting area and access to an adjoining terrace shaded by trees and isolated from the main terrace.
The second bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) has a window with sea view.
