Casa Beachwood is immersed in a large 5,000 sqm garden and is extremely close to Capalbio's beach which only 700 meters away walking along the nearby country road. The home was renovated in June 2016. The property is made up of a main villa and two dependance. The main villa is spread over three floors: the ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, study, bathroom, laundry and a utility room.
