The living area is a large space opening onto the sea with a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, all opening onto a 60 m2 terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea and the islands. The 48 m2 Pool House has a fully equipped summer kitchen (pizza oven, professional plancha, gas and induction hob, ice maker, two wine cellars, dishwasher, two refrigerators with freezer compartment, two sinks).
