A five-house estate, Cap-Ferret

A five-house estate

This preserved peninsula features pine trees, mimosa and washingtonia

Located at the heart of the famed "44 hectares" estate on the tip of the Cap Ferret peninsula, these five wooden houses are part of a privileged area. Untarred roads, no public lighting, this is the realm of preserved nature, facing the sea. "Such an exceptionnal property comes around once in a decade, stresses the Emile Garcin Bordeaux agceny. Unlike the Riviera, this is a place dedicated to authenticity and discretion." Featuring a private beach, the estate provides a splendid view on the basin of Arcachon, and the Pyla dune. Shaded by washingtonias, phoenix, bamboos and mimosa, the villas have wooden or terracotta floors, fireplaces, stoves, large openings, shaded terraces and walk-in showers. The beach house, the oldest of the four, has four rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen chambres, and two reception areas. The others combine eight bedrooms, two kitchens and reception areas opning onto terraces, all of them facing the sea.

Proposed price : 15 000 000 euros
