Villa with pool and gardenBaie du Cap (Mauritius)

This villa has a vast 60 m² veranda, perfect for enjoying outdoor living all year round, with spectacular views over the lagoon and ocean. The two elegant bedrooms on the garden level offer direct access to the terrace and private pool. A possible extension could add a further bedroom and bathroom.
Thanks to cross-ventilation with two openings, air circulates efficiently, reducing the indoor temperature by 2-3 degrees. The specially designed roof also contributes to this natural regulation. Each villa is equipped with solar water heaters and a mini-water treatment plant. Recycled grey water is used to water the garden sustainably. The garage and storage area are also equipped with solar panels.
The Nomadic villas are bioclimatic, ideal for the tropical climate, ensuring comfort without the need for air conditioning. The large 55 m² living room on the first floor maximises natural light.
The Nomadic Anbalaba ecolodge will offer 20 luxury private units, each with uninterrupted views over the turquoise lagoon. With its permaculture landscape and plant-based restaurant, the ecolodge embodies the Anbalaba philosophy.
Designed for lovers of nature, tranquillity, hiking and kitesurfing, residents will enjoy an exceptional location. They will have access to all the hotel's amenities, including a bar, a restaurant, a spa under the pool, and sports facilities such as a gym, a paddle court, and a one-hectare fitness trail.
The villa and our ecolodge, designed by Nomadic Resorts, reflect a simple, uncluttered and environmentally friendly architecture, perfectly integrated into nature, preserving the local biodiversity. Nomadic Resorts is renowned for its sustainable projects that connect residents with nature.
Residents of the Nomadic villas will be members of the Nomadic Anbalaba resort, with exclusive access to the ecolodge's restaurant, bar, spa and sports facilities. Our eco-responsible resort, perfectly integrated into nature, with its comfortable tents and permaculture-roofed restaurant, offers a unique, eco-friendly travel experience.
