Laurence and Nicolas Odin are the owners of the property. The chefs are Cédric Perret and Marc Le Roux – Executive Chef: “Our clientele are after guaranteed value: good, locally grown, organic produce.” And Marc attends to their needs with rigour and generosity of spirit: “And, yes, we share the exact same values!” Cédric Perret, pastry chef: “I’m crrrazy about chocolate.” Cedric is our very own Salvador Dali: his over-active imaginative, hint of surrealist madness and technical expertise mean that his desserts are genuine gourmet works of art. His philosophy: fondness for food is a guilty pleasure to be shared with simplicity and love.
