Hidden away at the bottom of a little valley just 5 minutes from the centre of Saint Rémy de Provence, this peaceful “mas” is set in 7000 sqm of landscaped grounds designed and planted by the owner, a landscape gardener and artist.
Enjoying a view of the Alpilles mountain range, it features a heated 6.50 x 6.50 metre swimming pool (shutter), a pool house, a boules pitch and several terraces.
Entirely air-conditioned, the property includes a spacious living/reception room with a dining room and kitchen opening onto a shady terrace and the garden, a suite with a shower room, a dressing room and a terrace, a double bedroom with a shower room and terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, a study and a dressing room, and a study with fiber-optic internet access.
A recreation room benefiting from a spare bed is available, but within the maximum capacity of 6.
As the property is in a protected zone, fires and barbeques are not permitted.
Accessing the property may also prove difficult for vehicles with low ground clearance.
