Entirely air-conditioned and opening onto the garden, it includes an entry with a cloakroom, a spacious living/reception room with a fireplace, a study and TV area, an equipped kitchen and dining room opening onto a terrace, a utility/storage room, a wc, and a suite with a shower room and wc.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a bathroom/wc, the second with a shower room/wc.

Minimum rental 1 week, and two weeks in July and August.
