Villa Lemara is a completely renovated house on 2 levels with an independent studio (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms + studio 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 10), swimming pool (secured by an alarm) and a pool house equipped with a kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful sea view. It is possible to combine the rental with the villa "Di Andréa", accessible from the bottom of the garden through a closed gate, bringing the total capacity to 16 people (8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 swimming pools).
You enter the house through an entrance hall that leads to 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and toilets on the left, a further bedroom with en suite bathroom and toilet on the right and, opposite, the living room with a large sofa in the centre to accommodate the whole family.
Spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished, the living room gives access to a study and a dining room that leads to the fully-equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, accessible from the hallway, is the master bedroom, designed by an interior designer.
