The Kerfissien cove where the villa Ti Ann is located will shelter your moments of relaxation and invite you to rest all year round. In this living space for 4 people, you will find two bedrooms (including a master bedroom with sea view), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room, a living room with a view of the port, direct access to the terrace. Until the end of October 2024, the house retains its three bedrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Next winter the work will reduce the accommodation capacity to two bedrooms. Our small beach is characterized by the imminence of the wave, by long laminaria which unroll themselves like ancient rolls of silk. You are in the heart of a country of tides, calm and storms, a story that has lasted forever, a childhood story with in the ear, and with the crashing waters. Here we cross a timeless line to climb to the top of the rock clusters of Ty Gard, which was once used by customs officials, a tiny dwelling nestled in the granite, like a mirage of stone. Along the Gr 34, you will find the Amiets beach where you can practice all water sports, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and which is only a stone´s throw from the nautical club. Fishing on foot also has its place here, as well as very beautiful walks along our coasts by the GR34 coastal path. Come and taste our Brittany, the sea air, our gastronomy, we are waiting for you for an incomparable stay.

The owners truly thought their renovation project down to the smallest detail. The house is wonderfully furnished and the equipment is more than complete. Each piece of furniture has been thinking through to fully participate to the decoration of this magical place. Its two charming bedrooms each benefit from a bathroom (shower and sink). In the front line, facing the sea, this house will make you believe you’re a boat captain. What’s more wonderful than to be at the helm of a boat, comfortably sitting in an armchair while sipping a cocktail and admiring the sunset! Your dream being ours, we dare to self-declare ourselves "Breton dream’s specialists" and through this little corner of paradise, I bet that you will never perceive the ocean and its rocks the same way again.
