The main Villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7) and 6 bathrooms (541 square meters) and is spread over three levels, all accessible by an internal elevator. The main entrance to the house is located on the ground floor, which houses a large living and dining area and fireplace, the living room (also with fireplace), a reading room and the kitchen, all with direct access to large porches and a large panoramic terrace. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with wardrobe and private bathroom and an additional bathroom serving the living area. The first floor has two bedrooms with balconies, two bathrooms, a large wardrobe room and a hallway with study.
In the basement, one finds another bedroom, a bathroom, the pantry and a large garage. This area is connected to the panoramic terrace, used partly as a billiard room and partly as a study / reading room, with bathroom.

Pleasant are the porches that constitute in spring and summer an extension of the living area. A large terrace with magnificent wisteria in front of the living area of the villa offers a beautiful view of the countryside: an ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners in the summer season. The property also has two pizza ovens, one by the salt water pool and the other near the villa.
