Outside, a second large table sits sheltered under the awning, protected from the sun — ideal for lunch or dinner in the shade, without ever losing sight of the garden. Several private terraces complete this space, giving everyone a corner of their own.
The pool, heated and of fine quality, measures 9 x 4 m (30 x 13 ft) and features a shallow sun ledge where you can settle in comfortably. Several sun loungers surround it, for days of relaxation and sunbathing with complete privacy.
Five independent suites make up the house, each with its own modern bathroom for greater privacy:
- two bedrooms with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm)
- one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
- two family rooms combining a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), designed for children
Air conditioning, installed in every bedroom and every room, ensures constant comfort, even during the hottest hours of summer. The house is equipped with a washing machine, available throughout the stay. A large private parking area completes the property.
